The following contracts are our standard short term work agreements,
corporate and theatrical. We make these available in the event that our members or clients want to view the agreement they
will be working under while working with I.A.T.S.E. Local 320. The intent of this page is to provide better information to
our members and clients.
Payroll options for our Employers are as follows:
UTP Productions, inc.
UTP Payroll Services in Salt Lake City, UT is the default
payroll company for IATSE #320. UTP handles payrolling, covers workers comp, handles annuity and health and welfare contributions
Above gross costs when using UTP Payroll Processing - 22% Local320
Processing - 4% Health & Welfare - 11% Annuity - 7%
Above Gross totals are 44%
If an Employer chooses to use their own Payroll Service,
they must handle payrolling, cover workers comp for the Union referrals, handle annuity and health and welfare contributions Above gross costs when using an Employers Payroll Local320 Processing - 6% Health & Welfare - 11% Annuity - 7%
Above Gross totals are 24%
The Employers Payroll Service is responsible for the Union Referral Wage Assessment and supplying any Employer specific
hiring forms. The Union will, if requested in advance, supply I9's and W4's
*When using an Employers payroll, we DO NOT allow 1099's
